complaints, compliance, marketing, and HR/absence management. She joins
Julie in administration, supporting the team with all aspects of report writing,
research and data analysis, marketing strategy through event management, monthly
enewsletters and mailings.

Previously worked for a public sector authority as a PA to District Service
Managers, has an administration/PA background and has worked in a wide variety
of industries, ranging from retail banking, financial assurance to the aerospace
industry.
